This is the most complete and comprehensive viewing order for the Marvel Extended Universe (MEU) movies, TV shows, One-Shots, and other miscellaneous entries into the Marvel and MCU timeline.
The list also includes where each one can be viewed online (with subscriptions). Most of the films and shows can be rented online via Amazon Prime or Vudu, but this list includes where the films can be viewed on streaming outlets with subscriptions. Keep in mind: Each release of a new Marvel film or series adds more information to the overall Marvel Cinematic Universe storyline. Therefore, this list is fluid and changes as new MCU information becomes available.
PLEASE NOTE: With the extension of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) into the MEU (Marvel Extended Universe) as a result of events in Spiderman: No Way Home and Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, some events in the films below assume that the viewer has seen the Toby Maguire Spider-Man films, the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man films, all of the X-Men films, and all of the Fantastic 4 films. These films are outside of the MCU (and, for these purposes, outside of the viewable MEU as well), but some characters and elements are brought in when the Multiverses collide in Phase 4. However, for the sake of inclusion, some films that may not be considered by some fans as truly MCU are also included (such as the Morbius, Deadpool, and Venom films). This is, by no means, not an official list, and the order of the films is certainly debatable. This is simply the list I have arranged based on my own extensive knowledge of the Marvel and Marvel Studios films and shows.

2. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D departed from the MCU timeline in the middle of Season 5. The writers were unaware of the plot details of the upcoming Avengers films (Infinity War and Endgame), so they weren't able to entirely keep the timeline intact. However, many speculate that since Season 5 includes time travel (spoiler alert), the remainder of the series occurs in a parallel timeline or perhaps somewhere else in the Multiverse.
3. Thor: Ragnarok, is listed in numerous sources as being before Ant Man and the Wasp in the MCU timeline. The primary reason for this is the post-credit scene when Scott Lang is sent into the Quantum Realm and the three Pyms vanish into ash. However, the end of Thor: Ragnarok leads directly to the beginning of Avengers: Infinity War, making it the more logical choice to precede it. The scene with the Pyms vanishing serves as more of a teaser scene or preview for Avengers: Endgame rather than determining the film's placement in the MCU timeline. Placing Thor: Ragnarok directly prior to Avengers: Infinity War provides a much smoother transition when viewing the films back-to-back.
4. The events of Venom: Let There Be Carnage are simultaneous with Spider-Man Far From Home. The post-credit scene features a TV with J. Jonah Jameson ranting about Peter Parker and Spider-Man, the same ranting that is on the jumbotron at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home and the beginning of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Additionally, Eddie Brock is in the Spider-Man: No Way Home post-credit scene.
5. Spider-Man: No Way Home picks up where Spider-Man: Far From Home left off; at the end of the film, a video is leaked to the media by Quentin Beck (Mysterio) revealing Spider-Man's true identity, Peter Parker.
6. Morbius takes place after Spider-Man: Far From Home, based on an image which has the word "MURDERER" spray-painted over a picture of Spider-Man. It also features the return of Michael Keaton's "Vulture," last seen in Spider-Man: Homecoming, in the post-credit scene.
